These Terms of Use apply to BlahBlah, an English learning app provided by StudyLive Co., Ltd. By using BlahBlah, you agree to these terms.

Service

BlahBlah helps users create English conversation learning materials from Korean dialogue text and pronunciation practice. Generated learning content is provided for educational purposes.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in account and for activity under your account.

Subscriptions

Premium features may be available through auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are managed by the App Store or Google Play according to their policies.

Unless you cancel before the renewal date, your subscription may renew automatically. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Refunds and Withdrawal

BlahBlah is a digital subscription service that can be used immediately after purchase. If you have not started using the paid service, you may request cancellation or withdrawal within 7 days from the payment date.

Once paid service use has started, refunds for simple change of mind may be limited. If normal use is unavailable for 7 days or longer due to a reason attributable to StudyLive Co., Ltd., we may provide a full or partial refund based on the remaining subscription period.

For discounted long-term subscriptions such as annual plans, any partial refund amount may be calculated by deducting the actual usage amount from the total payment. The actual usage amount may be calculated on a daily basis using the normal monthly subscription price applicable at the time of purchase, using the formula: days used x normal monthly price / 30. We may also deduct a cancellation fee of 10% of the remaining refundable amount where permitted by applicable law and store policy. If the calculated refundable amount is 0 or less, no additional refund will be provided.

For purchases made through the App Store or Google Play, refund eligibility, request procedures, processing times, and payment-method limitations are determined by the applicable store policy. If a refund is completed or the subscription is terminated, access to paid features may be removed.

Acceptable Use

You may not misuse BlahBlah, interfere with the service, upload unlawful content, or use the service to infringe the rights of others.

Changes

We may update the service or these terms from time to time. Continued use of BlahBlah after updates means you accept the updated terms.
