This Privacy Policy explains how StudyLive Co., Ltd. collects, uses, and protects information when you use BlahBlah.
Information We Collect
- Account information, such as user ID, email address, and sign-in provider, when you sign in with Apple or Google.
- User-provided learning content, including Korean dialogue text, conversation recordings started by you, generated lesson content, and pronunciation practice recordings.
- Purchase and subscription status used to provide premium access and restore purchases.
- App diagnostics and usage information used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
How We Use Information
We use information to provide BlahBlah's learning features, generate English conversation lessons, provide pronunciation feedback, manage accounts and subscriptions, respond to support requests, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.
Audio Recordings
When you start a recording, BlahBlah may continue recording if the screen locks or if the app briefly moves to the background so that lesson creation can finish. Recordings are uploaded to BlahBlah-operated cloud services and processed with trusted providers, including Amazon S3, Amazon Transcribe, Amazon Bedrock, and related speech or AI services, to create lessons and pronunciation feedback.
Service Providers
BlahBlah may use trusted service providers for authentication, cloud storage, text processing, speech processing, subscription processing, app distribution, and diagnostics. These providers process information only as needed to provide the service.
Payments
Subscription payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not directly collect or store credit card numbers or full payment credentials.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to service providers that help us operate BlahBlah.
Retention and Deletion
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You may request account or data deletion by contacting us.
